I used to go to another franchised pharmacy, but ever since I have known this pharmacy, it is our only place to go. And their walk-in clinic is a life savor in emergencies. The staff nothing short than perfect, very kind, respectful, and super helpful.

I had my first interaction with this pharmacy today and it was excellent. My daughter was prescribed a medication from Sick Kids yesterday and it was faxed to our usual pharmacy. Our pharmacy did not bother to call us yesterday to advise that they would not be able to fill it. I showed up there this morning thinking I’d be able to pick it up. They sent us to a compounding pharmacy which did not compound on weekends, who sent us to another, which also could not assist due to not compounding on weekends. As my daughter was required to start the medication today, I was left calling around trying to find a pharmacy to fill it. Springwood pharmacy answer my phone call and remembered me when I arrived. They were quick to assist in mixing the compound and were extremely helpful and friendly. I’m grateful that I found this pharmacy today. I highly recommend it. Thank you for making it so my daughter could start her meds accordingly to her doctor at Sick Kids instruction.

Recommend this pharmacy. They are extremely friendly and kind. They also offer a virtual clinic that is often very fast and can be made with an appointment. Great for refilling prescriptions and other minor clinic visits. The pharmacy, is also very clean and tidy.

Very kind and friendly staff! I live around the corner and this is the best pharmacy I’ve ever used. From using the walk-in clinic or getting any of my families prescriptions filled. Keep up the great work
