One of the best massages I’ve had! This place was very clean, old/historic (one of the first indoor pools in America), but well maintained. I got the Dr. Anderson’s deep tissue massage. The staff was very kind and helpful here. My masseuse was knowledgeable and even offered some stretching tips for me based on what he noticed in the massage. This is my second Omni Spa experience. I’ve also been to one in Scottsdale, AZ. Compared to Arizona, this one seemed much smaller and more crowded. I guess with how old the property is it kind of makes sense. I noticed the crowding most in the whisper room. The uncomfortable waiting game for a full length lounge chair was not relaxing, they also have it set up so you can’t get two next to each other which is also frustrating if you’ve come with a partner. Everyone waited for the spot in front of the fire place to open up. This musical chair waiting game took away from my relaxation. What they lacked in space they made up for with small snacks and a nice selection of hot and cold teas. I also really enjoyed the full body scrub in the deluge showers. Overall a great experience, I would come back, but would like to see some logistics and updates made to the whisper room area.

The spa was beautiful! I loved the relaxation area with teas, hydration flavored drops, fresh fruit and trail mix to enjoy. The showers, steam room, hot bath and cool bath were fabulous! My massage was very very light but relaxing and I was able to nap during the service. I loved the healing waters and would definitely return!

I love this spa! It never disappoints!.Johnathan does an amazing job for therapeutic massage (he actually listens to you concerning areas that need extra attention..I have alot of lower back issues and he did several stretches to help my lower back)All the staff are very nice and courteous..I look forward to my next visit!

Jonathan is hands down, the best massage therapist I’ve ever experienced. Be sure to ask for him! So many small touches that did not go unnoticed.. like a massage bed that sits up and reclines with different positions, heated neck wrap, warm towels under shoulders, hot towels, etc. Top notch experience. All staff were kind and accommodating. I will definitely be back.
