Terrible service. Not only are they charging an absurd amount to ship animals ( I originally paid $100 to bring my small domestic cat to Ontario, they wanted $309, which is also $21 more than they said). After arriving I was misguided to the wrong waiting area where I sat for 15 minutes, I was told I needed to go to a different area. When getting there they said my carrier didnt meet requirements, no problem I came prepared with a second crate just in case. Then, because it was a little bigger they did add an extra $21, whatever, I said it was fine. They then asked form my health certificate which I provided. They said because the vet didn't physically sign and only typed their name, I was not allowed to ship. I drove an hour to get here, woke up at 3:45am to do so. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Looks like me and my pal Felix will be road tripping through the states, blessing is I saved over $300.

The place was easy enough to find. Lots of parking too. The best way to ship reptiles overseas. Staff could be friendlier though

The process was really easy to use. The staff guided me through the process. Pick up area is high security but very easy.
