Nice polite customer service good process eco friendly they buy and sale products! They have new and use. Love the idea of re using stuff and product to not harm your economy and it helps great deal Mother Earth. There is so much plastic in the rivers, oceans and forests. We just moved here, and I was looking for a nearby bike shop. I pulled up sports plus, and gave them a call, and spoke with Zach. What a very nice, friendly, and welcoming guy. This alone may want to bike down to the shop on a snowy day to have a repair done. Once inside, Brad went to work on my bike, and had my handlebar adjustment done very quickly. I am most appreciative for both these guys for their friendly service and quick professional service. We found our new bike shop.

I havent been to the store in person yet, but purchased ski poles online. I live in California and there was a shipping issue. Instead of basically telling me too bad, they quickly resolved the issue and now I wont be without skis for my trip! I am so incredibly impressed by their responsiveness and accommodating customer service. This business is honest and seems to actually care about their customers.
