I bought 2 pairs of brand new skis still in the original packaging and had the shop install bindings and do a tuning. I got my new skis back with scratches and dents on the bottom and top sheets. These brand new skis look like they were handled very rough without any care for cosmetic damage. Super disappointing I wouldn’t recommend taking your new gear here.

Don’t ever buy anything from this store. Bought 360 dollar goggles that were defective and they said since u used them I couldn’t return them. By used them I skied down the hill once and they fogged up and went right back to the store. Sells defective product then says that you have to go through a warranty process and part with your gear for 6-8 weeks while they figure it out. *** After writing the review at the counter and asking to speak with the manager the associate miraculously was able to do a straight exchange and swap the goggles. Shouldn’t have taken multiple attempts to talk with the manager and writing a review to get a resolution.

Great experience. Big selection of boots. Will, with great patience, helped us find the perfect boot. He spent the time with multiple choices and knowledge of what would work, and not work. Then suggested several slightly used skis to round out the package. Prices are great, especially on used and demo skis.
