I was looking for a massage therapist I could see in the evenings or on a Saturday when I found Spirit Hands. I could make an appointment very easily online and Christina replied in less than a day. She set a time for my appointment on a suitable Saturday and even asked if I wanted to have reminder texts sent. When I arrived for my scheduled time, Christina greeted me warmly and I filled out my paperwork. She then led me upstairs where we chatted about my concerns and what I hoped for from my massage. Christina showed care and compassion while I explained where I had issues that I'd like her to work on. She applied the right amount of pressure in exactly the right places! I went in having issues with headaches every day. In the weeks following, I only had the occasional one. I truly cannot speak highly enough about Christina! She is such a very kind and caring person!

Came to Clear lake for spring break. Christina was absolutely the highlight of my trip! The relaxing setting she has created makes you feel very comfortable even before your massage. She cares deeply about how to best help you as an individual rather than just a timed procedure. She validated my areas of concern and not only addressed them but taught me how to safely stretch the muscles at home. I hope I have the opportunity to go back knowing that her knowledge and expertise will help me continue on a path of health and wellness.

New to town, but in need of a gifted therapist to take on all the stress and anxiety held in my body. How grateful I am that I chose Christina at Spirit Hands! Oh my goodness. She was able to intuitively find the areas that were causing problems, and gently but firmly get them to let go. (I've had other massage therapists tell me some of my back muscles are hard as rock!) After the first 90 minute massage, I didn't have a single migraine for TWO WEEKS (normally, every couple days). And the frequency and severity are now a fraction of what they used to be. Christina creates a calm, soothing atmosphere that makes you feel safe and trustful. I love how I could text or call or email or message to make that first appointment (nice for us introverts).
