Worst food I ever had from Indian Restaurant. Aloo parathas were extremely spicy and burnt. They added ton of dry spices and chilies in filling. I had to throw away the food. Their kitchen staff on call are so proud of their 3 year old pathetic recipe. Dont waste your money ordering food from here. I wasted my 45 bucks on this waste food.

That's not a policy, that's a scam. Own up to your mistakes." I am writing this on behalf of my sister, who was just scammed by this store. What they put her through wasn't just about money; it was a complete and utter waste of her time and energy. She went in to buy specific flower garlands for Diwali. The staff (Sidharth) asked her to leave her number, promising to "try" to contact the supplier. She, trying to be a good and patient customer, spent days waiting for a call that never came. She had to make a second trip to the store just to follow up. When she tried to return the UNOPENED, alternative items she had bought, the real nightmare began. She had to waste more of her time arguing with staff and then the manager, explaining the entire situation. She even went the extra mile, offering a perfectly reasonable solution like store credit just to resolve the matter. All she wanted was to be treated fairly after they failed to keep their promise. The manager's response? After all that time and effort, he basically said, "We'll put a sign up now," and then refused to refund her or give credit. They kept both the products and her money. My sister did everything right—she was patient, she communicated, and she tried to find a middle ground. This store rewarded her diligence by stealing from her and wasting hours of her life. They don't just have bad policies; they have contempt for anyone who tries to hold them accountable. Do not let them waste your time or take your money. They are not a legitimate business; they are scammers who exploit their customers' good faith.

I bought Laxmi Sarbati chapati flour from this store. The flour was poor quality, and the rotis didn’t turn out well. When I contacted the store, they said they couldn’t process a refund or return. They asked a pointless question: if the product is opened, they won’t accept it; if unopened, they could. My main concern is, if it’s not opened, how can anyone assess the quality? Worst experience ever.
