Kim MurrayChristian cleaned the carpet at my mother's home today. He worked quickly and was patient with our questions. The carpet looks great overall, but we were disappointed to see that he did not move small furniture to clean the carpet under and behind several pieces and under the recliner chairs. Those areas still look terrible. I don't understand why techs don't move small furniture to clean under it. Also, NO ONE called me in advance to say they were on their way. I drove 70 miles to my mother's home and Christian was already there and setting up when I got there. Luckily, my brother decided to get there early. I don't know who was supposed to call me, but they did not, and I found that very disappointing. Almost all companies these days give you a heads up when they are coming to your home.
