I think Kieran at Bridges is amazing with his team. However, they have to put solicitors through- and Simply Conveyancing solicitors are not to deal with selling shared ownership. We were asked to produce information, we already on 01/10/25. Nevertheless, we changed solicitors-Bates in the village Hook. Ben Inkin has been absolutely amazing and much cheaper too. We can visit him and talk to whenever in doubt. … fair to say, Simply Conveyancing are holding on our purchase- a lady went to maternity leave….
