Disappointed...I've ordered for years from spectrum & no issues till now...I went in to reorder a 4 ft sticker decal & when the gentleman pulled up my info & the decal I wanted, he asked "what material was it", I answered "reflective"...he did see the measurements & the material from previous order & we both agreed but when I went to pick it up, it was two colors, which it was only to be one color, so i left & went to take a picture of the decal im replacing & took it back to show that it is supposed to be one color...I hadn't had any issues on corrections...I understand things happen but we both agreed on the material & size & now im suppose to pay again, no thank you...I'll fine another business to get my stickers & decals

Hispanic employe on may 28 in between 2 & 4 time period on this oder he didn't attend me how he should attend a customer yall shouldn't have people like that if they going to be in a bad mood he skinny curly hair Hispanic Young yall should do better , the job yall did was great just the guy that attend was the issue
