We needed to build an ADU at our home in Fairfield for rental purposes. It was a small one—just 720 sqft. Since I’m an HVAC contractor myself, I can definitely tell the difference between a good company with real professionals and a bad one. Spector USA met all my expectations. There were no major delays between the stages of construction. They were flexible and allowed me to handle the HVAC work myself, which helped me save a portion of the budget—though they also provide HVAC services. Some other companies had refused this request. Spector USA was slightly more expensive than others, but in the end, it actually turned out cheaper for me.

Max and Steve did excellent work on our deck/patio cover, and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We are very pleased with the results! The deck is accessed off of our (2nd story) primary bedroom, with the area underneath being a patio cover off the main floor to the backyard and protected from rain due to the system they installed underneath the screwless decking and the gutter drainage system. We are quite pleased with the results and can highly recommend. Thanks again guys!
