I called and spoke to Lisa. They have first come, as well as appointments. Open call 800A-500P. My appointment was for Wensday/10/24 at 800A-1200P. Their taking me on Tuesday at 330P. Fast unloading, I'll be out of here in 45-60 minutes. 5 minutes on the door, and they were unloading me. Everyone is gitterdone here. :) They just finished with me, check in to finished in 32 minutes.

I have been dealing with this company for delivery of furniture from Ashley Furniture for 6 week They did not have parts to put my furniture up so they put the boxes of furniture in my garage and left them. Then they told Ashley furniture that they had completed my delivery and did not. It is still sitting in the garage. So now I had a appointment for them to come out on 12/12/2020 at 9:30 am until 12:30 pm, they called and said that they would be out now between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm. They did not show I called and it was 3:34 pm asked if they will be here around 4:00 pm. The person who answer the phone checked and said they will be there from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. I am so done with Ashley furniture and Riverstone Logistics. They are a poor company with employees that are poor and do not want to do their jobs. I gave one star because I could not leave a zero and that is the rate I give them A big Zero. Do not deal with them they are bad at their business and they do not want to be held accountable for the poor service they do give.

Dealt with this company for my delivery with Ashley Furniture. They were very late and unprofessional. I bought my bedroom set on Labor Day and did not get my set until today because of all the missed appointments and confusion with this company! They even lied about completing the job when I waited for them all day last Saturday. I had to call their Customer Service department several times to re-set the appointment just because the delivery workers did not want to do their job! Horrible! My appointment was set today from 9:30 to 12:30 and they did not arrive to set up my set until 7pm today! Ridiculous how they play with people's time & energy!
