Dan HMediocre. Sanding and finishing uneven. There’s a photo of an area where Tom’s subcontractor went crazy with the floor sander using 60 grit sandpaper. There’s no way to fix that. Tom’s guy also fried an outlet on the wall even though I gave him access to the breaker panel to run his electrical. Never said a thing about it, just walked away. Called Tom afterwards to let him know I wasn’t happy and after three phone calls he finally came out and looked at the floor. He said we could maybe do it again, but at that point I had all the furniture back in the home. Wouldn’t use Specialized Surfaces Flooring Contractors again. The photos speak for themselves.

Tom from Specialized, and Matt Vest, the person who did the repair work, were just amazing to work with and if you look at the before and after pictures you can't even see the scratch at all.
