We just moved our family of 6 using the amazing team from Canada Moving and couldn’t have been more impressed. Uhmar, Todd and Jason arrived at 7:30am and didn’t stop moving until the job was done! We can’t say enough about how hard they worked, how careful they were with our things and how helpful they were with advice and suggestions on how to make our move as simple as possible. They went above and beyond what was expected of them to make sure we were satisfied with the move. We would highly recommend this crew to anyone making a move!

We had hired the movers to move the items from Brampton to Calgary. We ensured that we kept the communication clear and precise that we would want the furniture to be delivered prior to the beginning of the month but they could package it earlier. The movers that packed the furniture were very quick. However, the problems came when we were waiting for our items and were getting different responses. The person that was communicating via email was saying that it left on the last day of the month but when I would call, they would say that it hasn’t left. When the items arrived, we asked the delivery person why it had taken so long for the items. The delivery person informed us that it had only left Brampton four days prior to the delivery. We were stranded without our items in a new city and had to rely on friends for a place to stay. Once we finally received our stuff after a month, it was all broken. Boxes were ripped open and dishes were broken. We had purchased a brand new bed set prior to the move. When we removed the packing, we saw it was all broken. I reached out to the claims department, who took forever to get back to me. Once I got their message, they only offered to pay $30 for a bed set that cost me $3500.

The team is professional and is very helpful to moving all our belongings nicely. We have a lot of boxes and furniture. One of the toughest job is to move my heavy piano from basement to main floor via a very narrow and long stairs. They did it so well. A truly recommended mover.
