Outstanding customer service from Carlos and the owner Andy. Really nice guys and super helpful. Just got my machine today and ran a nap test for 2 hours and so far so good. Carlos did a great job at explaining everything to me and was very helpful. Can’t say enough positive about these guys.

SIMPLY IMPRESSED!!!!! I had the best Customer Service experience in a long time when I bought my first CPAP at CPAP Miami. Andy took his time explaining every single detail of the mask options available, and answered all my questions thoroughly. He demonstrated a genuine interest in helping me understand the product and how to use it effectively. No up selling, no pushiness, no rush…Just a professional and honest approach. He even included the distilled water for the machine! It’s too bad this quality of service is so rare these days, and in this city.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this father (Andy) and son (Eduardo) team. Being a first time APAP user and not having the options where I was, Eduardo was patient when answering all my questions and he reassured me that they would accommodate my travel dates even if the store was closed. It was also reassuring to know Andy is also a CPAP user and can relate to clients based on his personal experience. My device is probably the most expensive one, since I flew specifically from the Jamaica to CPAP Miami after vetting a lot of other companies, but my trip was well worth the time and money. Andy (owner) accommodated me when the store is normally closed and waited for me when my flight was delayed. He also purchased an accessory for me even though he did not stock it nor did he pressure me to still purchase the item. Andy's integrity, great products, customer service, follow-up care with support videos, texts and calls are PRICELESS... especially for THIS first time user trying to find the best options possible for my self care. He even delivered an item that was not immediately available to the front desk at where I was staying so that I would have the item before I flew out. My sincerest thanks and appreciation to Andy and Eduardo for extending their time and patience to me. I flew in from Jamaica for my first visit and I know that I will be loyal client. I highly recommend CPAP Miami to persons to need their wonderful service, where you will be in great hands with Andy and Eduardo... like father, like son. NUFF RESPECT Mon... Jamaica
