We booked a couples massage My massage was ok. He really didn’t use his hands he would put lotion on then go straight to using his arms. I asked for light pressure and that was not what he did. I also asked him to target certain spot and he didn’t do any of them As far as my boyfriends massage, we booked a deep tissue, but in the 80 min he didn't even start deep tissue, I could hear he stating can you go deeper and directing him on what spot need attention the therapist all but ignored him. He didn't even get his legs or arms massaged. He only put lotion on his neck. We paid well over the value of the gift cards at a fundraiser. We had high hopes. We looked forward to this all week. Was very disappointing. Also I'm a retired massage therapist and I do hold my therapist to a high standard. This was not.

I liked this spa. Casual and friendly. They explained nicely as it was my first time. My massage therapist, Farrah, did a wonderful job. She listened to my requests, kept pressure at a level I liked and I left feeling great.

Dre did an amazing job! I had been traveling and riding in the dunes for a bit and hadn't been taking good care of my skin. She was up for the task and nailed it! My skin feels so much better. It was the perfect mid summer revitalization that I needed. The spa is so relaxing. They have thought of everything to make you feel cozy and relaxed.

I use to love everything about this place. I loved the session I had with Kaden and Sarah. Very good massage therapy. But talking about administration they are awful. Since August Last Year I am still trying to figure out all the discrepancies between my charges and their software program, which is the excuse they use for mistakes. So far I had 8 treatments out of 10 monthly payments and they said that I don’t have any more available. I have try to contact the manager multiple times over the phone, she is never available, I tried to send email, never received a response. I have all the details and credit card statements showing all the information. Unfortunately whichever is in charge doesn’t care about their clients. I feel bad for the therapists who works there, because they are really good. Administration awful. I hope I can get somebody attention after this.
