I worked here for two months and this is the worst company to work with. I started working in the city as a driver and I had different truck everyday. Almost all the time, truck would have expired paperwork and no one look after them. I updated many binders with new paperwork and license plates. I was asked to do Cornwall trips which I did as a favour and then given Montreal runs with a truck with no refrigerator. I spent many nights in Trenton On-route and then made Us to Montreal many times which I did without any hesitation. But in return to this favour, I was terminated because one day I was given a delivery for Cornwall and truck given had many major defects and was leaking coolant. I was forced to do the delivery. While I was waiting for delivery, I called Dispatcher AMAN and asked him to call for service. The truck had red check engine light on the dash and excessively leaking coolant. They asked to return back to the yard which is 500km away. Not only that they asked me to pickup load on the way back without getting truck repaired. I already ran out of coolant but they advised me to add water. I insisted them to get the truck repaired before I start the trip. But AMAN got mad and said they will not pay me if I don't do this and will deduct money from me if I don't pickup load. The truck had RED check engine light. I called safety manger Puneet Mehta multiple times to advise him but he wouldn't answer the phone. I called AMAN again and said this is dangerous the he put Mr Mehta on his phone who asked me to do as he said or else they will fire me. I started driving. On my way back, I went to warehouse to pickup load but the warehouse was closed and won't give me any pickup. They did all that for nothing. Dispatch didn't even coordinate with customer and did all that for the load which was not possible. Then I went to the yard. After that, they wouldn't give me dispatch for my next trip and later was called-in to talk to Mr Mehta. I went to talk to him and advised him everything about what happened. In response, he said AMAN is friend of the owner and he doesn't want to give me any more dispatch. And company will do as he said and driver don't get to report major defects as they have a lot of drivers seeking jobs. He said dispatch refused to give me load from now and hence ended up terminating me from the job. They have $750 from my pay check on hold which they were supposed to pay me after 90 days. It's been way more than that and I've been sending emails to Mr Mehta, Safety coordinator, Payroll and accounts team but they don't pay me my wages and don't respond. I waited 8 hours for truck maintenance one day. I informed the that truck needs new belt and tensioner before leaving the yard, but the said they'll fix it when I return from my trip from Montreal. One hour after that belt broke. I waited 8 hours for maintenance and they paid me $50. In addition to that, I waited (4-6) hours everyday for Cornwall deliveries and the didn't pay me at all for that. Each of my trips are missing about 20-30 miles in my pay. Very hostile environment. Please stop this behaviour for sake of public safety before something major happens. Your loved ones may also be using roads.

My car's tyre was leaking air and I stopped right after the on ramp entering 401W from Flying J Lancaster, ON to use my tire inflator. One of your truck drivers stopped behind me to ask if I needed help. It was around 10:40 PM on 11 April. He was a tall dude in maybe his early 40's(most probably Indian). Couldn't make up the truck number due to the lights but he was hauling trailer no. 55601. Like outlook for the company.
