One of the Worst Hotel Stays – Very Disappointed I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience to help others and hopefully prompt the hotel to make some serious improvements. From the moment I walked in, the hotel had a noticeable unpleasant odor, and the same was true inside the room. I ended up purchasing air freshener just to make the stay bearable. The first room I was given had a broken toilet door, which was unacceptable. After requesting a change, the new room didn’t have a functioning light lamp, and the bed lamp had no switch – I had to physically loosen the bulb to turn it off. That’s not just inconvenient, it's unsafe. None of the USB charging ports worked – they were essentially just for show. Additionally, basic amenities like a remote control, hair dryer, and iron box were missing from the room. I had to request all of these from the front desk, which shouldn’t be necessary even in a 1-star hotel. Breakfast was another huge disappointment. The food was poorly prepared – I even saw other guests throw away the eggs because they were undercooked. To make things worse, I noticed small bugs in both the room and the coffee station area. This raises serious cleanliness and hygiene concerns. The hotel felt empty during my stay, and frankly, I understand why. Overall, this is by far one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. It doesn’t deserve even a 1-star rating. The only saving grace was the front desk staff, who were polite and helpful despite the circumstances. Unfortunately, that alone is not enough to make up for the poor condition and lack of basic standards at this property. I will never return, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone until major improvements are made.
My wife and I stayed here for the weeknd concert. We stayed for 3 days. We liked that it was close to the stadium he would be playing, and it was cheaper than most other places around. We were kindly greeted and shown our room. Unfortunately there was black mold everywhere, and all over the A/C unit. The room was hot (80°F) so we had to turn on the A/C and risk breathing in the mold all weekend... On the last day we turned on the A/C unit at night and began smelling smoke...our smoke alarm went off, and we immediately turned off the unit. We slept in the heat that night, scared that the unit would catch fire. We inspected the unit the following morning and saw it was in bad shape. We notified the front desk and quickly got out of there. Our room was 201. PLEASE BE MINDFUL WHEN STAYING IN THAT ROOM. I hope they fix these issues... it would have been a pleasurable stay otherwise.
The entrance way wrecked of a marijuana smell. The carpets are filthy and dirty, and the hallways sink. The rooms carpet have stains ( 5 family members had rooms also). Breakfast area had gnats everywhere and there was no water . Last but not least I got charged 3 different bills for my stay for 2 nights totaling over 815.00 and no one know where my money is. My bill should have been 357.00 - 100. 00 security deposit. (fighting hard to get my 558.00 back.
My family and I booked this hotel because we were in town to see Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter concert. As soon as we got into the room we checked out right away. The rooms were HORRIBLE and DISGUSTING. They DID NOT look like the same hotel rooms that they advertised online. The first room we had we noticed that there was a cigarette burn on the desk. Then the beds were poorly made. Also, there were stains on the wall and the floor was dirty. Then we checked the bathroom and there was a huge puddle of water sitting in the tub. So we went back downstairs and asked the guy downstairs to see if we could find another room. While going back downstairs we used the elevator and the elevator was malfunctioning a little. When we got downstairs we talked to Kenny. Kenny was very nice and helpful. He gave us another room. The second room was worst than the first one. In the second room the floor was still dirty and the walls were still stained. We looked in the bathroom and the tub was halfway full. It seemed like the tub was backing up. We immediately checked out of the hotel! Kenny was very professional and tried to help us to get a refund. Even when we booked a different hotel he called us back to inform us that he found a better hotel room and asked if we wanted to stay in that hotel room. But we obviously declined. Overall some of the hotel staff are nice and professional but the hotel rooms were awful.
