Secure parking lot and very professional security, The studios are awesome and not cookie cutter. There are some really great businesses in the building. I highly recommend renting or using some of these independent business owners.

There really is no place in Philadelphia quite like this that truly builds community collaboration, and allows for the creative juices to flow. It provides an opportunity for artistic genius to flourish, peer-to-peer interaction, and overall business development/entrepreneur spirit to come to life. The staff are beyond passionate about the space’s mission, and understand the environment needed to support their tenants. They will go above and beyond to make it happen. BRAVO!
Women unfilteredSome of my friends rent studios here & I have been to a couple of appointments. The place is coming along great. The staff on site are welcoming and professional. Seeing mixed reviews & some of the same responses makes me think there’s “personal” matters and they’re trying to tarnish this business. The building is filled with creative people. I highly recommend renting a space here as a stepping stone to your business!

I worked in a recording studio for a few months and I would like to say that Kreate Hub Philly management/staff are truly amazing, very friendly, and very responsive when you have any problem or concern they are there to help right away. Kreate Hub Philly also has very nice rooms that are affordable with various sizes. If anyone wants to start a business of their own I would highly recommend that you start out renting a space at Kreate Hub Philly I promise you will not regret it!
