Thanks to Stephanie I had a wonderful evening at the tubs. She is polite and does awesome making sure things are explained and clean before entering. I've been here many times before but she is hands down the best host I've had so far! Please keep her! ❤️

We’ve visited many times and usually have a good experience. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case today. When we checked in, there were ants all over the reservation book. We had Room Six reserved, and upon entering, we noticed ants floating in the hot tub water as well. We were asked what temperature we preferred and said 103°F. However, the jets were blowing out cold water, and the hot tub was lukewarm at best. I went out to inform the staff member on duty. While she was friendly, she also appeared to be high. When we first arrived, she had yelled “Be right there!” from the bathroom, but it took about 10 minutes for her to come out. When I tried to speak with her again about the water, she was nowhere to be found. After another 10-minute wait, she finally returned, clearly distracted and all over the place, she said she would take care of it—but the water temperature was never fixed. We remained in the hot tub for a while longer and realized we had already been in for 45 minutes, despite only reserving 30. We were never given the customary 10-minute warning. When we exited to leave, she was again in the bathroom, and once more yelled, “Be right with you!” when she heard the doorbell. We’ve always liked this place, but this visit was disappointing. It may be worth reconsidering staffing decisions to ensure a better guest experience.

The staff were really lovely, the rooms the hot tubs are in are also lovely, the open rooftops let you feel the cool breeze as you get out of the hot tub, which is really nice. However, 2 or 3 days after going I got strep throat and a really intense rash so there are clearly some cleanliness issues.

Super clean, friendly staff. They have different tub sizes for different needs. You feel secluded in your little area. Love the open-air ones. They also have Bluetooth music in the rooms to connect to your phone 😍
