I so enjoyed my facial with Kali at the Spa at Hotel Roanoke. Kali was so friendly and attentive. She made sure to use the correct products for my sensitive skin. The ambiance was perfect. The spa was beautiful and inviting. Walking through the hotel was so special. What a great experience! *the stars on the ceiling were icing on the cake*

I enjoyed a relaxing massage with Bekah today. She is professional, warm and very knowledgeable. The spa is spotless and cozy. Products were top of the line. Would definitely recommend, especially if you're a traveler dealing with stiff, sore muscles.

The staff is very attentive and helpful. The treatment was amazing! It was truly a spa experience. Highly recommend and will be back soon!
