Punctual, compassionate, and professional. I got everything I needed and everyone (front desk, medical assistant, and medical provider) was very polite even though it was very close to their closing time. I did not have to wait around very much at all. Their office is also very clean and cute. I do recommend setting up an appointment through their link on Google Maps, as I've read that sometimes walk-ins can fill up. You will be prompted to fill out paperwork online when you book an appointment. I do recommend it, as it can help speed things along once you arrive. I would definitely come back for their urgent care services.

The entire staff was the most pleasant staff I have ever, in my 49 years on this Earth, dealt with. I have not 1 complaint. I was greeted with compassion when I walked in. The nurse was very polite and took her time explaining every step to me. The doctor was very personable. She made me feel like I was talking to a friend that cared about me. She was very thorough with explaining my diagnosis. I give my experience today a 1000 out of 10!

They were very nice for the most part. The lady at registration was very nice and helpful and very calm with everyone that needed help didn’t seem to get frustrated with people that she had to help. And the doctor was very good. He Explained everything to me and was very helpful

The doctor was nice, fast and efficient. The nurse as well. The receptionist was rude though. I'll never understand why places hire rude receptionists. That is the first person you see and kind of sets up your attitude for the whole experience.
