I always have a great time when I’m in her chair, the sweetest person I’ve ever dealt with in a salon and she is so fun when it comes too the colors we play with and the styles I want! 💛 HIGHLY recommend it here and 1000% recommend Kelsey for your “new you” look 😍

Honestly I wasn't even going to leave a review but I paid $150 for. Practically not much. .. I'm very upset n just completely bummed I never had my hair professionally done I went in with platinum blonde hair and black roots I wanted to make it all darker and put some different colors in it ( I'll post inspo) I wanted to tone the blonde down and hav brown all over mixed with a couple other colors now. I'm sure we miscommunicated and she skipped the whole part on putting more color? Idk wat went wrong. I didn't know terminology so we was talking it sounded like she knew but I thought wat she was telling me was part of the service not the whole thing. She darkened my roots which is wat I went in looking to change was dark roots . So for $150 she put color on my roots and put a blonde over the top while I was still sitting in the shampoo bowl which was weird but wat do I kno... I know I paid $150 for something that is Nothing like wat I went in for I wanted a change . Now we did talk about not doing exactly the inspo but I thought she knew I still wanted some color I got a weird ash blonde, grey.. looking mess and still hav to hav somebody fix it because I'm unconfrentational person I'm very shy I had my baby waiting n I just got up n went to the front very upset .. if my food is wrong I send my husband back to fix cause I can't speak up. I should have said something before paying I kno that now. She told me I would have to pay an addition service charge for wat I want fixed . Not even trying to be like I'm sorry u didn't like it . Nothing. Just.. it was a misunderstanding and nothing she can do.

I love my hair so much! Alexis did it and she is super good at doing it! She trimmed it, added my blonde back, and added some pink! She was so nice and super funny! I 10/10 recommend going to her, you won’t regret it!

I had a terrible haircut at a different facility that needed to be corrected and saved. After looking at different facilities and their reviews, I chose this location to try to do a walk in. I have no regrets! Sean fixed my hair. I really appreciated the questions they asked prior to see "what I wanted" , I will definitely come back for my next haircut! Thank you Sean.
