Dalton just serviced our house on his regular visit and while he was here he solved a completely unrelated problem!! We had been at wits end to turn off a very annoying alarm which we decided was coming from a smoke detector. After trying to problem solve for the last 4+ hours with Comcast we only succeeded in getting an appointment for a service technician 3 days from now. After explaining to Dalton the problem of the very annoying noise he walked right over to what he determined to be the source (a low battery in the gas/carbon monoxide detector) and replaced the battery and hooray the beep shut off!
