A jet now connects us in Burlington to Chicago (ORD) in only 45 MINUTES! Plus, the staff and TSA personnel are amazing. So nice while also so professional. It's wonderful.

Not recommended!! Flights are very unpredictable to Chicago . Ticket agent was great and brought us pizza to help pass the long hours of waiting. Contour airlines has only been there since July 1st. Seems they might have the same issues as Southwest had.

Has to be the most secure place in all of Iowa. More TSA agents than passengers. The place was clean and I enjoyed looking at the model airplanes. Air Choice One provides great service.
