Honestly, if I could provide a 0 Star review I would. Duct tape, a pair of tin cans, and a piece of string would be a more operable wifi than what they provide. We have escalated the issue over and over and over again. My co-workers have maxed out their data plans hot spotting at the office. Imagine trying to give sales demos or presentations and your wifi drops? Their excuse is always the same: We outsource our IT to another country. The contract says we're not responsible for the WiFi. It's always, "We'll look into it and create a ticket." How is this helpful? It's also not just us, all the companies in this space complain about how awful it is. I’ll add: - No microwave - Temperature is erratic. I've seen better environmental controls in developing countries. It's either a sweaty armpit or Antarctica. I'd be happy to revise my review if they fix their issues.

I am not able to provide a good review for this location because: 1. The mobile key mechanism is frequently inoperable 2. When the mechanism fails to work, reception was not professional nor courteous in assisting me with the problem 3. When I raised the issue above with management privately via email, citing account details, it was ignored with no follow-up. Were it not for the fact that we have an active contract here, I would not use this location again.

Prospective tenants, please exercise caution... Upon initial inspection, this office space at 60 Cannon Street might seem appealing. However, once you settle in, the reality is quite different: The "all-inclusive" furniture package is missing essential items such as desk drawers, which incur extra charges if required. Disappointingly, office waste disposal is left to tenants under the guise of recycling efforts, seemingly to cut costs on daily cleaning services. Furthermore, a staff shortage severely impacts service levels, particularly in gaining access to the mail room, often resulting in prolonged waits. Digging deeper reveals more significant issues: The heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system is faulty, forcing us to purchase additional heaters during the winter, at our own expense. In an era prioritising hygiene, it's astonishing that the men's washroom sinks are inoperative, hindering handwashing for over six weeks! Pest control is inadequate, evidenced by mice consuming any packaged food left unattended. Elevator reliability is another concern, with frequent malfunctions leading to colleagues being trapped. Attempts to seek compensation for these shortcomings have been futile, highlighting a lack of customer service understanding from Spaces. I strongly advise against leasing this office space.

Apparently none of the staff understand the coworking desk rules that are outlined in my contract. Each time I come to this location (because I may have a meeting around the corner), I spend 15 mins explaining that with my TWO types of memberships, I can use the coworking space. Each time, the manager is called and I am told that I'm right. I'm incredibly tired of this issue and will look for another location to use when I have meetings in this area. Ugh!
