Had a broken lock on front door, late on a weekday night - I landed on Carl & South London Locks who said he'd be there in 25 mins. Bang on 25 mins later he showed up, and managed to get me inside after what seemed to be an incredibly difficult problem to solve. It was quite late by the time we finished, so Carl said he'd come back to finish the job and tidy up whenever I needed, which we arranged for a couple of days later. He did all he said, and even fixed other parts of my door that were a separate problem. Carl is a legend, and I am very grateful for his help - he's saved me a lot of money on getting a new door.
