Their customer service and communication were excellent. Sami was superb with the detail information on the load. Which doesn't happen very often with brokers. Most of the time with broker is (you want it or not). This shows us that they care about us and their customers when broking the load. Plan on looking forward in working with them in future to come.

Crystal Moss

We were behind one of their trucks and the mud flap was not correctly hanging which allowed the truck to throw a rock into my windshield. I immediately called the company and was assured that someone would reach out to me. Here it is a month later and 5 calls later finally was told that that I can't prove it was their truck that broke it. Said they have cameras on all trucks. Well apparently that doesn't cover the trailer part of the rig. Now I have a windshield that is Crack 2/3 of the way across which causes a vision issue. I asked them if I could speak to the person that covers their claims for such incidents and she said there is no way for you to prove it so good luck and have a nice day. This isn't very good customer service on their part.

The BEST brokerage we've ever worked with!!! Highly recommend working with. Not only do they care about the drivers safety but their communication is always great! Sami goes above and beyond all the time specially whenever I need any assistance with remittances to my factoring company or any other issues I come across. Sami and Kyle are both just great!!! = )
