I had a water main leak running from the sidewalk to somewhere toward my house. The water authority investigated and found that it was my problem. The leak was running all the way to the front of the neighborhood 3 blocks away. My landscaper happened to be there and shut off the main water valve. Great---now I have no water and my non-licensed plumber friend wouldn't even touch this job. Needless to say, I was scared to death that these costs can run anywhere from $3,000 to more than $15,000. The industrial park where I work happens to have 3 experienced Las Vegas plumbing companies. I rolled the dice and walked into the office of Sound Plumbing. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff put me at ease and offered me an appointment at 6am the following morning at an extremely reasonable rate. Sure enough, at 6:00 am sharp, Lilo, a master plumber showed up. I headed out to meet him and he assured me he could handle the job the very same day. Most importantly, he assured me the job would be done for under $1,000. Approximately 4 hours later, he called me to say that the repair was completed, my water was back on, and the cost was only $950. When I got home, there was no sign that he had even dug up 8 feet of my front yard. Not a rock was out of place and the sidewalk had zero dirt on it. It was if he had never even been there. Today, Lilo called me and asked how my water was. Never in 28 years of home ownership did I ever have a plumber follow up with me. Absolute incredible service from start to finish. You certainly cannot find a better plumbing company in all of Las Vegas. Huge hugs go out to Lilo and the entire staff of Sound plumbing from my wife and me. Thanks for a job well done.

We had a new 50 gallon water heater installed this morning and what great service. Lilo the technician is a great guy and really knows his stuff. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly and quick to finish. Very happy with Sound plumbing and especially Lilo. Will keep his name with the company info to always request him again!

Sound Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is the best plumbing and water heater company in the Las Vegas/Henderson area. We woke up one morning recently to a major leak from our hot water heater and had to make the call to Sound Plumbing. The staff was friendly, courteous and concerned. Although they couldn't get out to us right away (extremely busy-a good sign), Sean walked me through the disconnect of the hot water heater over the phone during his off hours, so that we could do the repair work to the damaged drywall prior to the heater replacement. Once we had the drywall repaired, Noel arrived on time, grabbed the broken heater and headed back out to get the replacement. He returned about an hour later (having had to go to 2 different warehouses) to install. He had everything he needed and knocked it out quickly. Noel was professional and competent. He even spent time to review future options such as a tank-less water heater at my request. The entire staff was polite, knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to work with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Sound Plumbing & Heating, Inc. You will not be disappointed. Consequently, this was not the first time I have used them, repeat customer for life!

Sound plumbing gave excellent service with my hot water heater replacement. Not only was customer service excellent and professional. Shaun walked me through the entire process till I felt comfortable. Our service technician was prompt, knowledgable and very polite.
