I found exactly what I went in there for. Also, I just wanted to shout out Zayana and Mayuri for the amazing job they did while I was at Old Navy. Even though there were like 50 people in the fitting rooms, they still made sure to check in with every single person and asked how everything was going. They were super patient and went out of their way to help me with the questions I had, all while keeping a great attitude despite how busy it was. These two young ladies are hardworking and deserve to be treated well. Thank you for making my shopping experience a good one!

Some good staff on the sales floor. However, my wife and I had to drive back 40 min because a security tag was left on our purchase. When we explained the situation to the manager, the response and reaction felt to us careless and dismissive. We even had to ask if they regularly do anything to make up for the inconvenience and she gave us a small coupon. Since this happened, we are not sure we’ll ever return to this location.

Very clean and organized store, especially for how busy they were. Lots of selection and extremely helpful staff! Tiffany in particular, was very helpful looking for an item in the store. Once we established the item was not in stock. She helped me to navigate the online purchase, so that I could order the pants, and have them delivered free! Thank you Tiffany! Great job
