A charming, old-fashioned, and cozy spot. We had breakfast here and really enjoyed the experience. The place is filled with little touches that create a warm, welcoming vibe, and the music selection added to the atmosphere. The friendly ladies serving us felt like moms — kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. The food was just what I hoped for: warm, tasty, and satisfying; it could be cheaper!

I went here to meet up with a friend and play pool. It was a Sunday evening and there happened to be kareokee there too! The waitress was a gem❣️ the atmosphere was "home town bar" very cozy and filled with people just wanting to enjoy their evening. There was never any arguments with patrons and everyone was friendly to say hello or at least a head nod lol. I didn't eat but my friend did. The food looked great and well portioned.

Feels like home — every single time! I come to Sonny’s Bar & Grill every week for breakfast, and it truly feels like my place. There’s never a lineup, I’ve got my usual booth, and everyone knows me—it’s got that “Cheers” vibe, where everybody knows your name. The food is simple, tasty, and satisfying, and the prices are very affordable, making it perfect for families or anyone looking for a great, hearty meal without breaking the bank. They even bake their own white and whole wheat bread—make sure you order it as a side for toast. It’s delicious! What really makes Sonny’s special, though, is the staff—especially Lucie and Maureen. Their warmth, humour, and genuine friendliness make every visit a joy. They remember not only my order, but even my friends’ and family’s after just one visit. That kind of care and attention makes you feel truly valued. Sonny’s has become my second home. It’s filled with friendly chats, laughter, and a real sense of community. Some mornings you might even catch a few local musicians enjoying brunch and spontaneously jamming together—it’s that kind of place. If you’re looking for a welcoming, affordable, and heartwarming spot where you’ll always feel at home, Sonny’s Bar & Grill is it. Highly recommended.
