Hi, I have been with Sukhchain for 6 years now and I’m so happy with their service. Last year NDIS cut my daughter’s funding by 70% and I had to take them to tribunal. I was really worried and Sukhchain was very supportive and guided me along the way. My coordinator Huda was with me all the way. Tribunal took 13 months and was finalised in April 2024. That was the first time I have had to look at legal documents from NDIS lawyers and get back to them with the answers. All the tribunal calls with the lawyer ended up in arguments. It was very stressful and time consuming. They keep asking for reports from doctors and they would nip pick every report. Legal aid was no help. They are only there to explain the legal jargon and rules. After the first ph conversation with legal aid lawyer, she was uncontactable. After 13 months of tribunal the outcome was great. There was no way I could’ve done this by myself. Huda was my saviour. She came to my house and sat with me for every single ph calls with the tribunal over 13 months period and there was no funding for her either. NDIS cut her funding to half an hour a month. So no funding for my coordinator from NDIS and Sukhchain still provided that service where Huda could be helping her other clients and actually gets funded by NDIS. Also I had no support worker for 13 months and Sukhchain still provided that service to me whenever I needed, again out of his own pocket. Mercy is my support worker and she looks after my 9 year old daughter Alexia who has severe epilepsy and level 3 autistic, non verbal. She is great with my daughter. Alexia loves Mercy so much and is so happy to see her every time Mercy is here. Alexia would actually get up and go to Mercy every time she comes over. I’m so so happy to have Mercy. Overall I have nothing but good to say about this provider who goes above and beyond to make sure that their clients are taken care off. I don’t know why some people are so negative about this provider. All they have done for me was to make my life easier. Please give them ago. I really recommend this team.
Thanks once again to this company. I really appreciate the workers come every day on time. The help I needed everyday is done without asking. My mental health is 100 times better than before, Thanks to this company. I really don't know what to do without Sukhchain and Huda. Thank you so much for looking after me.
