I was referred to Haley Thorn by a friend, which is why I continued to leave voicemails and messages for her over several weeks. Last call had the Receptionist guarantee me she would call me back. She never did. What a lack of customer service and follow up from this business. If they won’t even return a call from a customer‘s referral how bad is it for someone who doesn’t even know anybody who uses them.

I've been a client since the early 80's. I've never earned a lot of money, usually less than $100K a year. The retirement planning and advice I've received, which really is coaching, has me poised to be financially prepared to retire soon. They do my taxes and also manage a financial portfolio. Their professional help has been invaluable in my financial journey. Easy to talk to, no judgment, realistic advice, and might I add, patient. Greg and Michael both are tremendous. It's a personal choice and experience for everyone, but I'd recommend you give them a chance to earn your business. I'm forever grateful I made that first appointment oh so many years ago.

Have had Mitchell do my taxes for several yrs now. Absolutely no problems. Great to work with. The front desk, though is another story. Called twice and left voice mails, asking specific questions, and for a return call....NOTHING. Finally on 3 call, I got Daisy to answer. I explained to her that no one Had bothered to return my two previous calls, and.... No explanation. No apologies. She took care of my issue but was short with me, and sounded irritated.
