A Nightmare Experience with Master Distributors: Poor Hardware, Worthless Warranty, and Terrible Service. In response to your previous message, I would like to bring to your attention that we had to replace our devices three times within the warranty period. However, the issue persisted due to poor hardware quality. Additionally, we were asked to pay for repairs. One of the machines was replaced with a different model and has been working fine for years, but the same was not done for the other machine.

We ordered one Thermal Printer for our serivce establishment and during the process they were providing an excellent & professional customer service till I receive the item . Highly recommend their service..!

I ordered a batch of 30 keyboards from Master Distributors Inc.. Their service, products and sales team are all absolute superb. I can honestly say that it was the best experience I've had as a customer - the person I was speaking to was prompt to respond at all time, and was happy to talk over the phone even in their spare time when they weren't at work! The package I received was the most perfectly packaged thing I've ever received. It was a huge shipment and everything arrived in perfect condition. I will be ordering another batch of 21 keyboards and I have no doubt that they will be just as well packaged as the last batch. Brilliant company, brilliant team of people.
