They are available 24/7 and their respond time is outstanding. Tracking shipment and updates are shared with us on constant basis. They helped us with setting up all required documentations for easy import / export of our goods into Canada and US. They can execute all transportation / import / export / insurance / custom clearances/ door to door delivery without relying to much on our help, beside initial paperwork required that will go with our goods and that we needed to provide them. Mới đây mình có sử dụng dịch vụ vận chuyển và fulfillment trọn gói của Soleil để gửi vài thùng hàng từ Hà Nội sang Canada. Từ Việt Nam, Soleil hỗ trợ rất kỹ khâu đóng gói và giấy tờ xuất khẩu, mình chỉ việc mang hàng tới kho VN của họ. Hàng được vận chuyển đúng thời gian, không gặp vấn đề gì, đặc biệt là thông quan (khâu mình lo nhất:) Kho bên Canada của họ có hỗ trợ lưu kho & đóng gói lại nếu cần nên khá tiện cho người bán như mình, mà thời gian ship nội địa mỗi khi có đơn cũng đúng như dự kiến nên mình khá yên tâm.
