I called Solace and booked an appointment quoting the specific reason I wanted to speak to someone, and someone was chosen for me for that reason. Due to an unrelated historical issue on my intake form, the psychologist refused my appointment at the last minute. I waited two weeks for this appointment—the cancellation was on the last day. This is the second issue I’ve had with Solace. A real dealbreaker this time. With people turning to AI for outlet and release, you’d think psychologists would be more helpful and adaptable.

Andrea has shown me the outmost care and made me feel able to become vulnerable as she does not come across as judgmental. She been checking in on me several times to make sure I am doing well in between sessions and it really made me feel like she’s been the only one who cares so much about my wellbeing.
