Just had Soil Solutions do a radon remediation project for us in our basement in NE Portland. Our soil works well for radon pumps here (lots of gravel / rocks), and the results were amazing - nice quiet outside pump and it went from averaging 4+ to more like 1. Very happy with the results, and the folks worked with us to make the install the best possible in terms of unobtrusive location and effectiveness. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Soil Solutions, which has completely eroded my trust in their business practices and commitment to customer satisfaction. After they acquired Eco Tech, I was left in a lurch when they blatantly refused to honor the warranty for my radon system that was clearly stipulated in my contract with EcoTech. Despite presenting them with evidence of my warranty and its terms, their customer service was unyielding, showing a complete disregard for the promises made to their customers. This act not only demonstrates a lack of integrity and respect for acquired obligations but also highlights a worrying readiness to undermine customer rights for their convenience. Such behavior is unacceptable and raises serious questions about their ethical standards and the value they place on customer relationships. I am deeply disappointed and would caution anyone considering their services to think twice.

After upgrading from a 100 year old oil furnace to natural gas, I used Soil Solutions to deal with the oil tank in the front yard. They did an amazing job of decommissioning the tank - you'd never know they were even there. And when the soil samples came back with slight contamination they managed the process start to finish. The entire team from Adam, to Tony to Quinn were super knowledgable, professional, polite and efficient. And never once did any of them sugar coat or give me unrealistic expectations. They turned a very stressful situation into a managable one. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.
