I wanna say that this pharmacy I’ve been going there since Angela was working there. The pharmacy was excellent. I’ve been there for years. I continued on going after they had left and now their customer service is terrible. The one lady that I dealt with on Sunday was extremely rude to me I went to have a G7 replaced. With a voucher that I got from Dexcom And I asked her if it was possible to give me a new one with the voucher that I had she started to get angry with me and said that she doesn’t do those she absolutely doesn’t have any authority at all well to my understanding if you’re working at a pharmacy, you should have some kind of authority to be able to read a voucher but anyways she ended up throwing the G7 at my face said leave and ask me to take my business somewhere else so I did. I moved everything over to Costco now I’m saving money. I would never ever recommend Sobeys pharmacy again they’re extremely rude and my family that has been dealing with the pharmacy for several years are now all moving their prescriptions to other place so at this point, they don’t even deserve a one star I would give a zero Star.

Wonderful pharmacy! It's convenient to be located Sobeys; however, Alin is such a wonderful pharmacist and person, I would choose this pharmacy regardless. He is very knowledgeable in his field and trustworthy. Although most of my encounters with him, the rest of his staff are quite friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as well. Very fast and reliable service!

Once Alin and Angela left place has gone into corporate GREED mode Went to fill a RX $15 to fax in an order cause I was out of refills Not here to shame anyone but the "prison tatoo'd" larger girl with a belly shirt Very Professional work attire. I will be on meds the rest of my life Sobeys wont be getting anymore of my $$.Sometimes it is all about the people you employ
