The septic system on a rental property I own in Austin failed. Not being local, I sought out an expert to inspect my existing system and evaluate: 1. Could the existing anaerobic system be repaired? 2. Could an aerator be added to the existing anaerobic system to extend its functional life? 3. If the system needs to be replaced, could the existing anaerobic tanks be modified to function as an aerobic system? 4. If the entire system needs to be replaced and given the limited space for a leach field, what is my best option - anaerobic vs aerobic, drip vs sprinkle, pump uphill to the grass vs gravity feed downhill, etc. I was expecting a report discussing these questions. I received an invoice with the following discussion: Inspected first tank and observed tank was pumped out. No problems observed inside first tank. Located and uncovered second tank and water level slightly higher than normal. Inspected inside of tank and observed water level over outlet pipe indicating outlet pipe/field is clogged and not taking water. Due to age of system would not recommend remediation would recommend replacement. I was quite disappointed with the "report." Snowden reportedly pulled the record drawings of my septic system from Travis County, and I requested that they share those drawings with me. They refused. I regret hiring and paying Snowden. I did not get the expert opinion and guidance I was seeking.

Enjoy retirement bozo 🤡 glad you never got another dollar from me after discovering a broken pipe leaking sewage in to my property all the while getting the reports that my septic inspection went well. Paid $500 for 3 lazy visits. Thankfully I found another company who fixed up my brand new septic system and got it working as it should. This guy is a fraud and crook who’s finally retiring away. Good riddance!!!!!!! 👋👋👋👋👋👋

Been using Snowden for the inspection contract on my aerobic system for several years now. I love that they have monthly auto pay for the contract available. That is a hard option to find among these companies. If I remember correctly, Bruce is the tech who regularly performs the inspections on my system. He is very professional and also patient when I have questions. Anytime I call with questions, the lady who answers the phone is always courteous and helpful. I really have no complaints.
