Jim L.We noticed banging, or rattling coming from our pipe which is located through the attic to an exterior water faucet. Mic, the serviceman, who came to our home was very professional and polite. He took the time to Listen, Understand, then Recommend a solution! We are so glad we called Smith Plumbing to help solve this problem. Smith Plumbing warranties their work and said if there is a re-occurrence they will return as necessary to make sure the problem is corrected. Later that evening the banging/rattling coming from our pipe occurred again! So I called Smith Plumbing and asked for Mic to return and correct the problem. However, Robbie was sent to follow up, instead of Mic, and he did a fantastic job securing the rattling pipe with clamps and located the source of the problem. Robbie was professional, attentive and quick to address and correct the problem. Robbie was dedicated to making sure the problem was fixed!! However, a few days later our disposal went bad so I called Smith Plumbing for the repair. Their price was extremely high, over $500! (This was just for an install! I had already purchased a replacement disposal.) So I won't use them in the future!

Joseph KwasnieskiWater Heater sprung a leak on Sunday morning. Tried several plumbers and Smith was the only one to respond in a timely manner. Technician showed up within 2 hours and gave me an estimate that I considered very reasonable. Asked "when can you do the work", he said "Right Now". He removed the heater and returned it to Home Depot since it was still under warranty, was back within an hour with a new heater and completed the installation promptly. The technician, Gannon, was great. He handled the warranty exchange, did a top-notch installation (even corrected a gas line run that was not up to current code), left the work site perfectly clean, and the final bill was exactly the estimate. Highly recommend.
