If i can hive zero stars i would. I use to love this office and how neat an organized they were until recently. My daughter was supposed to get operated oct 23rd . Keep in mind she is 3 we had to starve her an all for this procedure. Just for the doctor to say for her to say we are gonna move it for another day. When she was already there in person. She said someone going to give you a call. Its been a month and no one has contacted me. I called multiple times asking for a manger they said “she can call back later” and never calls. Im disappointed in this place over all. No one there is on board or ever on the same paige ridiculous

I write this in hopes that someone from smiles4keeps will read it and make positive changes. Hopefully I will not get one of those generic..your experience falls short of expectations, please call us to discuss. My kid had a oral surgeon consult scheduled. I pulled him out of school early and drove an hour to get there. He typically goes to smiles4keeps in hazleton and everytime we have been to that office they have always been professional and courteous. Im very happy with them. After driving an hour, getting there 15 minutes early, they made me wait for an hour just to call me up to the counter and say that because my kid is a foster kid they wont see him unless his caseworker is there with him. I tried explaining to them that the caseworker has no legal right to sign medical paperwork and all the paperwork is in their system. They said it doesnt matter the caseworker would have to drive down the hour from a different county. I asked if they could contact smiles4keeps in hazleton because they told me everything was set. They refused and said they don't contact, nor do they follow the policies of that office. I contacted smiles4keeps in hazleton who advised me that the receptionist is absolutely wrong and everything is in the system saying I alone have the right to approve medical treatment. The gentleman then put me on hold for 15 minutes and came back saying that both him and his supervisor have been trying to call this smiles4keeps in Allentown for the last 15 minutes but they will not answer. Long story short, now im forced to get a new dentist for my kid because that seems to be the only way I will be able to get the consult that his smiles4keeps insists he needs done. It is a shame because the hazleton office is wonderful.

The receptionist Kayla at Smiles4keeps dentist's office was absolutely wonderful! She was kind, caring, and extremely understanding throughout my entire visit for the first time . She made me feel comfortable and welcomed from the moment I walked in. Her professionalism and warmth truly stood out. I will definitely be coming back and will happily refer my friends to her. Thank you for the amazing experience from your neighbor Jessica

Our appointment was scheduled for 10:20 AM. We arrived on time, were checked in, and then proceeded to be utterly ignored for over an hour and twenty minutes. Not a single update, not an apology, nothing. The receptionist offered empty, robotic "it'll be just a few more minutes" platitudes every time we asked, which was a blatant lie. Meanwhile, the waiting room filled up with other poor souls who were also being subjected to this time-wasting purgatory. Finally, after 80 minutes of watching the clock and realizing the entire morning was shot, we walked out. The sheer arrogance and lack of basic respect for patients' time is staggering. This isn't a simple scheduling error; it's a fundamental failure in management and basic human decency. Do not come here unless you enjoy donating your entire day to sitting in an uncomfortable chair and being treated like your life is completely unimportant. The dentist could be the second coming of Christ for all I care, but it doesn't matter if you never even get to see them. Save yourself the immense frustration and go literally anywhere else.
