I was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful my first appointment was. It was so good when I got a call that an appointment appointment came available the same day I turned around and went back for my cleaning. Everyone was so warm and welcoming including the front desk, dental hygienist and the dentist. I actually look forward to my next appointment to have a root canal. They assured me that they will take good care of me and so far they have been outstanding.

I was shocked and stunned how they got me in on the following Monday!? I guess I'd called at just right time and have discovered that their procedure for managing a waitlist is above par over ANYONE in this valley. The check/in was seamless, no it was a flawless. I stepped up to the counter with 3 mins to spare and the very friendly (cutie) young man offered to text me a link with check-in paperwork (he offered actual paper too) and I sat down to fill it out. I didn't' even have enough time as they promptly came to get me. . She got me settled, took a full mouth of X-rays, then the Dentist came in as if on a breeze. She was so friendly and down to earth I left with a smile - and I have a broken tooth tooth, a missing tooth. AND one that to be pulled. Check out was fast with another impressive, organized young man (cute too! How lucky?!) who actually said those magic words (again!) "We have an opening on Wednesday" Wait for it.... as in 2!days from now!!! Not of 2026 (currently 2025). Two days later, today, I had my cleaning. I put in my earbuds, was given these super , super dark green black shades for the light, and half an hour later my teeth and I left with a new lease on life. The hygenist was effiicent, capable, very calm mild mannered, and so friendly with a warm smile that was infectious.... Bear in mind: I hadn't been to a dentist in this valley for several years and age has given me some trepidation, mistrust, and frankly general unease of any dentist (if I could even actually get in to one within 12 months of calling) I've been to around here so they had their work cut out for them with me. They passed with more than the proverbial flying colors, they gained a new patient and, frankly a FAN. Who'd a thought? A fan...of the dentist. Yes, I'll say it: I LOVE YHE DENTIST NOW! And I actually look forward to going back. Which is good, because it's to get that tooth pulled. Thank you, Smile Keepers. I almost forgot to mention: the passerby in scrubs who needed to talk to the front line lady was even helpful and friendly: usually, in this case, said person will stand there awkwardly but she didn't. She was friendly too and got me checked in while the receptionist finished what she was doing. Again, fast, direct and friendly and she was not even a person scheduled to see me. So thank you to her too. Red scrubs, green manicure , thanks for getting me checked in on a good note. These things matter in a medical office, people. Kindness, friendliness, confidence, skillful, and warmth. It's hard enough to be at the dentist but to be there feeling slighted, angry, or worse- not even noticed at all makes for a bad day for anyone. You guys deserve 10 stars. Every single person does (I hope you pay them a lot because they deserve it.!)

super nice and professional reception crew. my new dentist was friendly and treated me with kindness and respect Im looking forward to coming back soon im committed to doing whatever I need to be pro active and help the process to better health. I will build my self Image while getting my smile back plus be able to eat healthy raw foods normaly again. thank you for the great service. Lon walker

Dr Hald is amazing with her work and patients. I’ve been seeing her for couple of years, she has always done a wonderful job on my dental work, her bedside manner is spot on, she’s always been patient when hearing my concerns, She’s very good numbing my nerves if needed.. I am truly grateful we have Dr Hald in Jackson County because she is definitely one of the best. On scale of 1-5 she’s a definite 5! Smile Keepers please acknowledge Dr Halds talents and give her a pay raise to keep her!
