Friendly, helpful, and so kind. Not often are people so awesome. The two young ladies there today made the experience much easier for me. I'm always a bit anxious in appointments. Especially with my teeth. I felt very relaxed and welcome there. These young women definitely enjoy their job and I hope they know it was appreciated. If this is the standard for Smile Direct Club then definitely a 5 star.

Mercedes, the director, was absolutely wonderful, both as a professional in explaining the straightening process clearly and performing the teeth scans and she was warm, friendly and made me feel very comfortable and am looking forward to starting my tooth straightening journey!
