Greetings My name is Manisha Adhikari today I’m going to share my experience at first I thought I will let it go but then I changed my mind that I must address this so that other can stay alert ‼️ my braces journey began 3 years ago my teeth were space out so much I felt miserable 😭 how I look and feel I was even depressed and not even able to talk or smile infront of people I lack confidence. I was going through a lot but than I research online and found this place I went there for the consult they did my xray and they told me that I have gum disease and my teeth meds to be deep clean. So I make appointment with elite dental and they were able to do my deep cleaning and they give me ok letter saying that she is all good for the braces. And my process began I was super excited. One year passed by and unfortunately I have to moved to out of state to Newyork but than also I continue coming here at smile arch orthodontist i travel every month for 1 year knowing that I will get the result I was looking for and spend every penny it wasn’t simple youn single mom who has difficulty with her financial situation but than also I continue coming here thinking I will get the smile I deserve and confidence but instead it turn out to be disaster. It was the last visit for my appointment he took off my brace and provide me retainers I left the office with excitement thinking I will live the happiest life with confidence but day after the teeth shown gap on the front and I called them again and make appointment and Dr put me permanent retainer on the front and I left the same day to New York I continue apply my retainer day and night only time I open it when I eat and brush my teeth. After couple of days my left side of teeth started to show more gaps and I was so anxious 😥 I called them again to address the problem. The front office staff are incredible helpful they able to give me sooner appointment to see Dr. that visit he look over my teeth and he mention me only that time that because of gum disease your teeth are spacing out. He knew clearly that I won’t get good result but he keep his mouth shut throughout the journey and at the end he said because of the gum disease your teeth are pushing and not closing . And he even raised his voice saying that I don’t wear my retainer. I was repeating my self over and over why would I waste all my time money and energy to come here and not follow the directions I wouldn’t do that. I wasted my money and time. I don’t know what to do I’m so helpless and hopeless my teeth are even more spacing out and these needs to be addressed.
