I have been using Harrison Heating for several years. I have always found them reliable and helpful to work with. We recently had a boiler breakdown and they kindly re-arranged the schedule to allow an engineer to come out to replace a faulty part so that we now have heating and hot water just as the cold weather arrives!

Matt West came out and looked at Shower. We agreed, I probably need to replace. You sent a quote for around £450. I asked for a breakdown of labour vs new shower cost? Never heard from you? However, shower Matt did look at, hot water now running and working perfectly! So thanks to Matt but not impressed that you never replied to my request for a breakdown of costs, although fortunately I can proceed with using my shower as it is. I presume if I need to use you again, you will kindly provide me with a more detailed breakdown of work?!?
