Sam Lewis did an excellent job talking me through the whole process. He showed me the issues with the roof and explained the swollen areas were from lack of ventilation. He met with the 3rd party inspector to ensure he was aware of all of the issues. The roofing crew was amazing and arrived at 7am and did not finish until 8:00. I was surprised that they did both roofs in one day!
