Excellent service from Adam, who helped upgrade my factory BIOS using a donor CPU (my new motherboard doesn't have USB flashback 😭). Charged a teeny bit more than standard market rate (£50 over £30), but still worth it as calling around every other shop in Bristol none had a spare AM5 chip to hand anyway. Price also included checking other parts compatibility, etc.. Dropped off at 10am and ready to collect by 1pm too, very speedy!

Unfornately when I got it home there was a problem with one of the fans. Had to take it back to the store and they discovered what the problem was and fixed it and it's all running smoothly again. The team at Smart Computers were brilliant, I was building a new PC and had a myriad of issues which ended up being the result of a faulty PSU and broken motherboard, which the promptly replaced. A lot of work on their end but they did it quickly and efficiently. Would recommend to anyone.
