Don't ever question your bill or they will drop you as a patient! I've been a patient here for years and recently had my teeth cleaned. I did not want x-rays or a doctor visit at this time and told them so because I am self pay. Dr. came in for less than a minute and told me that I should schedule an appointment to have a crown replaced that was discussed at a prior visit. This apparently constitutes a "Doctor's visit" and I was charged an additional $84.00. When I contested this I was dropped as a patient!! I explained all this to them several times without cussing or acting a fool, but obviously there is no concern for customer service with this group. Too bad. It was nice when Dr. Mueller was there.
