Contacted SM to get some button up’s and hats embroidered for my company team. Spoke with Sandy and she was very thorough, helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. She was easy to work with, great attitude and the final result came out better than expected. We are more than happy with the work performed. We also proceeded with some tshirts with font on them and she recommended the best material and shirt brand as I am picky on t shirts that shrink and fade.
