Horrible establishment! The ladys at front desk should have chosen another profession. They are not on top of their scheduling. Came in to get my tooth fixed. They told me I can only get my teeth cleaned lol. Scheduled another appt came in, They were so far behind on appt they told me to come back later on in the day. Came back a 3rd time to get a cleaning they refused it because I needed a deep cleaning. Ho× do you have people take off work. Drive there an then denie them something that could have been told to them over the phone? So i made it a issue. Ao the same tooth the fixed broke off a year later. So i came back just for them to denie my service cause i gave them a hard time last time. What do ylu expect? Horribe customer service. Then im noticing they got a bunch of bad reviews taken off of their site! Beware of this place!

Absolutely wonderful dentist office. If you need a dentist I highly recommend coming here. Staff is very friendly and pleasant. The hygienist Christa is absolutely wonderful as well. Very friendly and knowledgeable. She takes the time to talk to you and explain everything she's doing as she's doing it. Overall a great experience, 10/10.

Extremely disappointing experience. The customer service at this dental office is terrible. I went in for a routine cleaning and check-up as a first-time patient and ended up with a fractured molar. They took my X-rays while I was wearing earrings and never repeated them, despite the error. I made multiple attempts to contact the office—by phone, email, and even in person—but received no response. I also requested to speak with Dr. Kaushal Patel, but she refused to talk to me. When I asked for my medical records, they withheld them for over two weeks with no explanation. No one ever followed up with me or addressed my concerns. I strongly advise against going to this clinic and encourage others to report their experiences if they’ve had similar issues.

I emailed a request for an appointment before they open at 9 and was given a 10:30 appointment that same morning. That's quick service. Everyone I talked to and dealt with was very polite and respectful and I look forward to using them for my partial plates in the very near future. Great job!!!!!
